  • Any documents you send to us, either through our site or later during our discussions regarding your application (CV, cover letter, references, diplomas, etc.).

3.2 Sharing of « APPLICATION » type data

Personal data you send to us via our site will be processed internally by our competent departments (HR and Operations).

3.3 Sharing with authorities

We may disclose your personal data to administrative or judicial authorities when their disclosure is necessary for the identification, arrest, or prosecution of any individual likely to harm our rights, any other user, or a third party. We may also be legally required to disclose your personal data and cannot oppose it in this case.

4. How long do we keep your personal data?

We retain your personal data for the time necessary to process your request or application. This period may not exceed 12 months. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from our information system. If necessary, a request for an additional 12-month use may be made.
